Hoby has held significant leadership roles at Logitech, Skullcandy, Astro Gaming, Nike, and Volcom. At Logitech, he co-founded a division focused on esports and the future of play. During his time at Nike, he drove innovation across both the physical and digital sports realms. As CEO of Skullcandy and Astro Gaming, he merged gaming, music, and action sports, positioning Astro as a leader in premium gaming gear. Earlier, at Volcom, he was instrumental in expanding the brand into a global lifestyle icon.
