The transfer market of the Ligue Française de LoL (LFL) is in full swing, and teams are gradually completing their ranks to prepare for 2024, which promises to be once more, very intense. Among these reinforcements are players little known to the French audience, who have spent the majority of their careers away from the hexagon, and whom French fans will discover throughout the upcoming season. Over the next few weeks, we will present you an overview of these new faces who will showcase the extent of their talents within the current best ERL in the circuit. Today, we present to you:

Sixten “Six10” Hull, Mid, Team GO

If Vladi made a strong impression at the EMEA Masters Summer 2023 by standing up to Karmine Corp, another mid-laner did the same by simply eliminating the most popular team in Europe, not once but twice!

This mid-laner is Six10, playing for Macko Esports in 2023, who had an almost perfect year, a success he wasn't particularly destined for at the beginning of the year. Indeed, like many of these new faces in the LFL, the Swedish mid-laner is still in the early stages of his career, having started in the summer of 2021.

Six10 begins the competition with Godsent, a Swedish organization in the NLC, but without really making his mark. He even spends a significant part of the season at the bottom of the league, struggling to string together victories to reach the playoffs, and finishes the season with a mediocre record of 5-11.

But his excellent work in SoloQ bears fruit, allowing him to reach Challenger every season since 2020 and secure a spot in the PG Nationals, the Italian ERL. With GGEsports, Six10 is already standing out by earning 4 MVPs out of his team's 7 victories this season. He even defeats Outplayed, one of the best teams in Italy, to secure a spot on the podium, with a team that wasn't expected to be at the top at the beginning of the season.

His outstanding performances attract the attention of Cyberground Gaming, which forms a team aiming for the top of the PGN. With Cédric "Eyliph" Robert in the top lane, Six10 is set to impress again in Italy, securing the second-place finish in the regular season with 10 wins and 4 losses. Unfortunately, the team collapses in the playoffs, suffering consecutive losses of 0-3 against Macko and then 1-3 against Outplayed, with the latter getting their revenge on Six10. Thus, he narrowly misses the European Masters once again.

However, his 2022 season remains a success that hasn't gone unnoticed by the top Italian teams. It's Macko, the leader of the PG Nationals for years, who decides to trust the Swedish mid-laner for the year 2023. And the least we can say is that they were right to believe in him.

Macko will dominate Italy throughout 2023. In spring, Outplayed seems to be able to compete by finishing tied with Macko in the regular season before losing the grand final 3-2 with a turnaround. But in summer, domination is total. Macko finishes the regular season with only one small defeat in 14 matches, then goes on to win two 3-1 victories over Dsyre in the playoffs.

Certainly, Six10 is one of the main contributors to this domestic success, but where Macko is truly going to leave a mark is during the EMEA Masters. In the spring, Macko is placed in a group from which they are not supposed to emerge at first glance, facing the Spanish champions Movistar Riders, the Turkish runners-up FUT Esports, and the third team from LFL, Aegis. However, Macko is not only going to stand up to these three teams but will even surpass them, finishing first by losing only one match against the Riders!

It's a repeat in the summer, where Macko is placed in a more open group but against the heavy favorite Karmine Corp, who has just masterfully won the LFL. But Macko is going to surprise everyone again by beating the French team twice, finishing the group stage undefeated, an achievement as impressive as it is unexpected.

While the Italian team had quickly bowed out in the spring quarterfinals, Macko this time faces the Portuguese team GTZ, the other underdog in the quarters, and reaches the semi-finals of the EM, achieving the greatest feat for an Italian team in the competition.

During these two epic journeys, Six10 has particularly impressed with his proactive choices, especially with his beloved Ahri. The Swede is also an expert in skirmishes, like his Irelia or Sylas, but he has also adapted to the changes in the meta, becoming particularly comfortable on Tristana and even K'Santé throughout the last season. Throughout the season, Six10 has shone with his ability to take the lead over his counterpart in the lane phase, whether in his direct match-up or through his impact on the side lanes. Teaming up in 2024 with Mehdi "Boukada" Lahlou, a true darling of the French Division 2 this year who has won the 2 MVP awards, the two players are expected to form a very proactive duo, capable of wreaking havoc in the LFL if they manage to work well together within Team GO.
