Kaori stays in the TCL with MISA Esports
Muhammed Hasan "Kaori" Şentürk will join Misa Esports and therefore stay in the TCL next season, as announced by the organization on November 1st. He is the fourth recruit of the organization after Sheep Esports reported Baek "Mihile" Sang-hwi, Oh "Callme" Ji-hoon and Batu “Batuuu” Kaygusuz’s verbal agreement's last few weeks. The 23-year-old ADC spent the past year and a half performing at the top level of the Turkish league. Despite losing the Winter 2024 final and the EMEA Masters final of the same split with Beşiktaş Esports, he remains one of the league's best in his role, thanks to his extensive experience.
Starting his career on the Turkish circuit in mid-2018, he went on to win two titles with Istanbul Wildcats Academy in 2020 before moving to North America in 2022 to join Evil Geniuses Academy. By the end of the Summer Playoffs that year, he was promoted to the LCS roster, playing alongside notable players like Jeong "Impact" Eon-young and Kacper "Inspired" Słoma.
He even competed in Worlds, securing a game against G2 Esports in the Group Stage (their only win in the tournament). In Spring 2023, he had a brief stint with Karmine Corp in the LFL, which ended disappointingly in ninth place. He returned to the TCL in the Summer of 2023, joining FUT Esports, where he finished third but fell short in the play-in stage of that split's EMEA Masters. With the arrival of a highly experienced ADC like Kaori, who knows both the league and the international stage, MISA Esports clearly aim to reach the top of the TCL in 2025. The roster is nearly complete, needing only a jungler to finalize the lineup.
