Th3Antonio has been with GIANTX since 2017
GIANTX have announced that their ambassador and co-streamer Antonio "Th3Antonio" Espinosa Bejarano will now join GIANTX Pride, the academy team, as an assistant coach in the SuperLiga. The former toplaner will also be allowed to co-stream his team’s matches in the Spanish league from the team’s facilities, as well as select scrims. At 26 years old, Th3Antonio will be stepping into his first experience as part of a coaching staff—within the very organization he has been with for nearly nine years.
GIANTX’s academy team has been performing quite well lately. In the Winter Split, they finished fourth in the SuperLiga after a close 3-2 loss to Barça eSports. They improved on that result in the Spring Split, finishing first in the regular season with an 8-1 record and making a deep playoff run all the way to the final—once again falling to Barça. The Spanish squad played in the 2025 EMEA Masters Spring Split, where they were eliminated in the Round of 16 by the LFL’s third seed, Gentle Mates.
A long-standing loyalty
GIANTX and Th3Antonio have been working together for several years now. After briefly starting his career with PAM eSports and then PainGaming, the Spanish toplaner quickly joined GIANTS in 2017, where he played alongside current Fnatic jungler Iván "Razork" Martín Díaz. Th3Antonio won several titles with the team, including the 2019 LVP Summer Split, which earned him his first EMEA Masters appearance—reaching the grand final before falling to Berlin International Gaming.
In the following split, the team once again claimed the LVP title, though they were unable to replicate their previous success at the EMEA Masters. In Summer 2024, during what would be the final split of his playing career, Th3Antonio had the opportunity to play in the LEC for the first time. GIANTX reached the playoffs but were eliminated after a 2-1 loss to Team BDS. He also competed in the LEC Season Finals, but a clean 3-0 sweep by G2 Esports ended both the team’s run and Th3Antonio’s professional career.
