G2 Esports sell Nexa to BLEED Esports
He found his new team! As reported by HLTV last week, Nemanja "nexa" Isaković won't be a part of G2 Esports active roster anymore. As a consequence, sources familiar with the situation have informed Sheep Esports that the Samurais will sell the Serbien player to BLEED Esports. This movement marks the reunion with his former coach Aleksandar "kassad" Trifunović.
Nexa's CV is particularly impressive. The player, considered by some as be the best Serbian in the history of Counter Strike, began his career almost ten years ago, in 2015, and has since worn the jersey of numerous teams. While he hasn't won many big tournaments on the T1 scene, Nexa's most convincing results were with OG and, above all, G2.
Two tricky tournaments
Before being removed from the Spanish team ten days ago, he helped his teammates win the IEM Dallas at the beginning of June, which was G2's first title since the IEM Cologne in August 2023. But despite this victory, Nexa did not shine particularly brightly and even has had two tricky tournaments from an individual point of view. In Dallas, his rating was 0.85. It was even worse in London at the BLAST Premier: Spring Final with a rating of 0.81.
By joining BLEED, Nexa is dropping down in the world Counter Strike hierarchy. The team made its debut last January and has yet to take part in a single S-Tier tournament.
