Chasy and Gori are the only two players remaining from Spring split
ULF Esports have completed their lineup for the 2025 Summer Split, according to sources close to Sheep Esports. The TCL contenders have reached an agreement with Turkish jungler Osman "Kaboom" Onur Korkmaz, AD Carry Muhammed "Kaori" Şentürk, and veteran support Berk "Farfetch" Badur. The team retains Kim "Chasy" Dong-hyeon and Kim "Gori" Tae-woo, who will continue to hold down the solo lanes. ULF made sweeping changes following a Spring Split that ended in disappointment. After a third-place finish domestically and a group stage exit at EMEA Masters Spring, the organization allowed most of its roster to explore other options.
Despite the changes, ULF are holding on to the duo that showed the most promise since their arrival in Spring: toplaner Gori and midlaner Chasy, who was one of the team’s few bright spots during their EMEA campaign, where they reached quarterfinals, falling 0-3 to their rivals BoostGate Esports.
Looking to rise in TCL
ULF came into 2025 with high ambitions, but the results didn’t follow. They finished 8th in Winter and finally showed signs of improvement in Spring, despite some progress and a better playoff run. At EMEA Masters, they failed to advance out of their groups, finishing in the 9th–16th bracket after a shaky showing. The rebuild is a direct response to those setbacks. All eyes now turn to Summer, where ULF hopes its new core can deliver on its promise and finally contend for a title.
Kaori is the headline signing, returning to the TCL after stints in both Europe and North America. The Turkish ADC last played in the LCS with Evil Geniuses in 2022 and remains one of the region’s most mechanically talented botlaners. He’s joined by Farfetch, a veteran support and one of the most experienced players in the Turkish scene, coming from Eternal Fire, which ended second in Winter. In the jungle, Kaboom, a 19-year-old raw talent coming from the Italian league, adds explosive early-game presence and aggressive map control. Together, the new trio gives ULF a fresh identity and a more aggressive edge, while Gori and Chasy provide continuity and leadership.
