LIMIT will team up with Bean on the botlane
Dino "LIMIT" Tot is set to return to Summoner's Rift. After transitioning to assistant coach for SK Gaming Prime this summer, following Mads "Doss" Schwartz’s arrival to the team, LIMIT has now reached a verbal agreement to join BIG, still in the Prime League according to Sheep Esports sources. He will team up on the botlane with Louis "Bean" Schmitz, who has also verbally committed to the club, as previously reported by Sheep Esports.
LIMIT brings a wealth of experience, having spent four years in the LEC, playing for SK Gaming, Schalke 04, Team BDS, and Excel. However, the Croatian support never truly stood out in the elite EMEA league. Throughout eight LEC splits, he finished last three times and placed 9th twice. His most notable achievement was an unexpected second-place finish with Excel in the 2023 Summer Split.
A Renaissance in Germany
LIMIT’s fortunes took a turn for the better when he joined the Prime League. In the 2024 Spring Split, he helped SK Gaming Prime secure second place in the German championship and reached the quarterfinals of the EMEA Masters. This marked the second time LIMIT had advanced to the top four of the competition, having previously achieved the same feat with ASUS ROG Elite in the summer of 2018, during the second edition of the European Masters.
As assistant coach, LIMIT kept contributing to SKP's success, guiding them to a third-place finish in the 2024 Summer Split. Despite this, the team struggled in the EMEA Masters, falling in the Round of 16 to eventual champions BDS Academy. Now, by joining BIG, LIMIT will aim to help a team that needs rejuvenation. After three strong seasons from 2021 to 2023, BIG faltered in 2024, finishing 9th in the Spring Split and 7th in the Summer Split.
