Szygenda is set to terminate his contract with Rogue and return to the LFL
Toplaner Mathias "Szygenda" Jensen is set to join BK ROG Esports in the LFL, sources tell Sheep Esports on Saturday — after three years in the LEC, the Danish toplaner will return to the French ERL. Despite still being under contract with Rogue until the end of 2025, Szygenda will be joining BK Rog Esports for the next year, as his former organization had no plans to field him in their starting roster.
A quick offseason
With this move, BK Rog Esports have finished their roster in just a few days of offseason. Since the team managed to reach verbal agreements with their mid-and-botlane on Friday, Szygenda is the last missing piece joining their roster.
Throughout the offseason, Szygenda had interest from various LFL teams. Notably, he had discussions with Solary who ended up deciding to re-sign toplaner Felix "Kryze" Hellström.
BK ROG reported LFL roster for 2025 :
Toplane: Mathias "Szygenda" Jensen
Jungle: Enes "Rhilech" Uçan
Midlane: Šimon "OMON" Řiháček
Botlane: Tim "Keduii" Willers
