Mobile Legends and LoL lead this quarter
The second quarter of 2025 confirmed the vitality of esports worldwide, with ten tournaments surpassing the one million peak concurrent viewers mark between March 1st and June 30 — compared to six in the first quarter, as noted in a report by Esports Charts. This growth can obviously be attributed to a much denser schedule of major events during this period, with data accounted for up until the end of June.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang unsurprisingly stood out as the most-watched title of the quarter, reaching an impressive peak of 4.1 million viewers during the Grand Final of MPL Indonesia Season 15. The mobile MOBA also secured the second and fourth spots in this quarter's rankings.
VALORANT and Counter-Strike, the duel
League of Legends, meanwhile, maintained its status as a leading title, earning a prominent spot in the rankings with 1.96 million peak viewers during the LCK Road to MSI. The LCK Season also ranks as the second most-watched LoL event in the chart before June 30. The MSI is the third LoL event in the Q2 standings, with 1.13 viewers. These successes were eclipsed few days later — but in Q3 — by the MSI Grand Final, which peaked at 3,448,289 viewers during the match between T1 and Gen.G, making it the second most-watched event of the year so far.
Counter-Strike 2 rounds out the top three games, drawing 1.78 million viewers during the BLAST.tv Austin Major Grand Final, where Team Vitality defeated The MongolZ. VALORANT follows closely behind, ranking fourth overall thanks to the 2025 Masters Toronto. Despite taking place at the same time as the CS2 Major, the VALORANT final between Fnatic and Paper Rex still managed to attract 1.1 million viewers.
