19-year-old Serbian rookie gets his first shot at the LVP SuperLiga
AD Carry Đorđe "Shy Carry" Stišović has reached a verbal agreement with Movistar Riders to compete in the LVP SuperLiga, according to Sheep Esports sources. Previously competing in the Esports Balkan League (EBL) over the last 2 years, he will get his first shot at an accredited ERL.
A Promising Rookie
Following the promotion of former Movistar Riders AD Carry David "Supa" Martínez García and support Álvaro "Alvaro" Fernández del Amo to the LEC, the Spanish organization is now focused on rebuilding its bot lane core around a promising rookie for the upcoming year.
Current champion of the EBL, Serbian bot laner Shy Carry will be making his first entry into an accredited ERL after spending 2 years under the banner of Diamant Esports. During his tenure with the team, the player attended the EMEA Masters Play-In twice. This year, Shy Carry and his team earned themselves the title of summer champion and came in as runner-ups in the spring split.
While unknown to most, the Serbian player has appeared on the radar of some teams during this off-season as a potentially promising prospect. With strong individual performances with his previous team, the player will now find himself tested at a higher level of competition and will be tasked to uphold his previous EBL achievements in the LVP SuperLiga.
To accompany him, MRS was reported to have reached verbal agreements with former BISONS jungler Will "NoName" Jones and mid laner Adam "Random" Grepl. In addition to this, reports indicate that the team will be renewing its agreements with top laner Pedro José "Marky" Serrano Berzosa and former assistant coach Jorge "Disgrace" López who will be promoted to the position of head coach.
